Bilbao, March 2026. — TrebezIA will be present at BIEMH 2026, the International Machine-Tool Exhibition held from March 2–6 at BEC (Bilbao Exhibition Centre), at the Tecnalia Research & Innovation booth, Hall 1, E-10. The Basque autonomous robotics startup will use the most important industrial showcase in the Basque Country to present, for the first time in public, a demonstration of collaboration between two autonomous robots of different kinds working in a coordinated manner.
The Proactive Factory: when machines stop waiting for instructions
The concept TrebezIA brings to BIEMH 2026 is the Proactive Factory: an industrial environment in which robots do not execute orders sequentially, but instead anticipate, coordinate, and act as part of a shared intelligent system. It is the step that follows conventional automation — and it is what TrebezIA and Tecnalia will demonstrate in real operation across five days of the fair.
A qualitative leap beyond Logistics & Automation 2025
In October 2025, TrebezIA made its public debut at Logistics & Automation Spain with a robust solo demonstration of Mairon. BIEMH 2026 represents a qualitative leap: the addition of multi-robot collaboration takes the demonstration to a significantly higher level of technical and narrative complexity. Doing so at BIEMH — in front of thousands of manufacturing industry professionals, with the credibility of the Tecnalia stand as host — is a deliberate bet on visibility within the most relevant industrial ecosystem in northern Spain.
"Most warehouses still rely on static systems. We are here to show what comes next."
